Open-Box Delivery Policy

At CoreTick, we provide Open-Box Delivery for your peace of mind.

When your order is delivered:

• You may inspect the product in front of the delivery agent before accepting it.
• Ensure that the item is in perfect condition and matches your order.
• Once the product is accepted and the delivery is confirmed, it will be considered successfully delivered.

Condition Policy

We ensure every item is thoroughly checked before dispatch.

However, please note:

• If the order has visible scratches or damage upon delivery, do not accept the parcel or claim the order.
• Kindly inform the delivery agent and contact our support team immediately.
• Once the product is accepted and confirmed, scratches, wear, or damage claims will not be eligible for returns or refunds.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Products damaged due to mishandling or misuse after delivery.
• Items returned without original packaging, accessories, or documentation.
• Custom or special edition watches specifically ordered for the customer.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

• If approved, a refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
• Shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Open-Box Delivery

To ensure complete satisfaction, CoreTick provides Open-Box Delivery on selected orders.

When your parcel arrives:

For Open-Box Delivery orders, please inspect the product before accepting it. If scratches or damage are found, do not accept the parcel.

6. Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return warranty for eligible products.

To qualify, the product must be:

• Returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Not damaged or scratched upon receipt.

If the product is accepted at delivery and later found scratched, it will not be eligible for return or refund.

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, customers may apply for a return after delivery, if eligible under the return policy.
